Ff16 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of ff16 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, current and complete information. Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. ff16 will never ask for your password via email, phone or any other channel. You are accountable for all activity carried out through your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact ff16 support immediately at [email protected] for account recovery assistance.

Identity Verification

Ff16 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or investigating suspicious activity. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

All ff16 users are required to comply with the platform's usage rules at all times. You agree not to:

• Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or these Terms.
• Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information to other users.
• Attempting to access or interfere with ff16's systems, servers or networks.
• Using automated software, bots or other technical means to manipulate game outcomes or bets.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or suspicious financial activity through the platform.
• Sharing your ff16 account with others or allowing another person to use your account.

Ff16 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on ff16 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid.

Deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by ff16 and may vary depending on the payment method chosen. ff16 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposits are final once confirmed by the system.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated on the platform. ff16 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the original deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by ff16.

Taxes & Charges

Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties or charges that may be imposed by local authorities or financial institutions in connection with transactions made through ff16.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Ff16 provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any implied warranties regarding continuous availability or the accuracy of information displayed. ff16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Ff16's total liability for any user claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to that claim.

Account Suspension

Ff16 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation purposes, identity verification or if there is reasonable suspicion of activity that breaches these Terms. During the suspension period, the user will be unable to access their account or carry out any transactions.

Account Closure

Ff16 reserves the right to permanently close a user's account if a serious breach of these Terms is established, including fraud, use of a false identity or system manipulation. Where an account is closed due to fraud, ff16 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation or related legal proceedings.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & General Provisions

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, text, images, software and other visual elements on the ff16 platform are the exclusive property of ff16 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use any ff16 content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

The ff16 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. ff16 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms

Ff16 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
